Mama Suki

Hotpot made with a mother’s heart

Mama Suki is Thai-style hotpot and BBQ, cooked by you at your own table. Pick two homemade broths, fire up the grill, then mix your dipping sauces at a bar of eight.

Good food brings people together, and everyone ends up cooking for everyone else. That is exactly the point. Bring friends, family, a date or the whole office, and make an evening of it.

How to Mama Suki

First time at a hotpot? Our team will talk you through everything when you sit down. Here is the short version.

  1. Choose your broth

A Mama Suki table from above: a split pot of two broths bubbling beside the grill, surrounded by sliced meats, noodles, greens and dipping sauces

Pick your favourite soup bases. Each has its own unique taste, and your pot is split in two so you can have two at once.

  2. Add ingredients

A split pot of chilli and clear broth next to a grill, with trays of sliced meat, greens and mushrooms around it

Start with vegetables, as they take longer to cook and soak up the delicious broth.

  3. Cook to perfection

Sliced beef being dipped into a split pot of chilli and clear broth, beside a grill of beef, squid and prawns

Vegetables go into the soup for about 10 minutes, and noodles for 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Meats on the grill

Trays of thinly sliced chicken and pork, glazed and scattered with sesame, ready to cook

Cook your meats on the grill until browned and done just the way you like them.

  5. Dip and enjoy

Bowls of dipping sauces, fresh chilli and garlic beside noodles and greens at a Mama Suki table

Once everything is cooked, dip it in our signature sauces and enjoy the perfect combination of flavours.

  6. Repeat and share

A full table: meats and seafood on the grill, a split pot of spicy and clear broth, and dipping sauces in front

There is no right or wrong way. Keep cooking, keep sharing and, most importantly, enjoy.

The team are on hand to show first timers the ropes, from broths to the sauce bar.
